Chamomile Roman, Chamomile German. Lavender essential oils blended with Fractionated Coconut Oil.  Net 10ml

For adults, apply to temples, back of neck, inside of elbow of wrist.  Massage into skin then bring hands to face and breath deeply several times.

For little ones, apply to bottoms of their feet.
